95% of students fit into units that measure 5 feet by 5 feet and that are 4 feet high. Our price is $60 per month. There are no hidden fees.

If you also need pickup and delivery, we can arrange for that too. The majority of students need this service.

I haven’t done this before. Help. Although this is not a question, we get this a lot. While you may not have done this before, we’ve done it for more years than we can count. Everything is super easy and will make total sense. All paperwork will be done in advance, so on move-in day, you’ll move right in – no waiting. You won’t have to do anything other than fill out a short contract (done online in advance), pay (charged at move-in), and show up. All the guesswork is handled.

Do I need to know exactly when we’re moving in? No. You don’t need to know the date or time. We expect all students in late April and throughout May. You don’t need to know the exact day, or time.

What are access hours? For students, 24/7/365.

Is your facility indoors? Yes. Everything is climate and humidity-regulated.

Is your facility safe? All businesses try to sell themselves as being great. Our prior tenants are the best source of that information. Please see our online reviews that go back many years. We are very trustworthy and run a safe, fair, and ethical facility.
